SHAH ALAM 5 Mac - Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor (JAIS) hari ini mengarahkan enam syarikat supaya tidak lagi mengeluarkan sijil dan logo halal kepada peniaga dan pemilik premis makanan di Selangor.

Pengarah JAIS, Datuk Mohammed Khusrin Munawi berkata, syarikat berkenaan ialah Bahtera Lagenda Sdn. Bhd., Majlis Penyelidikan Makanan Islam (IFRC), SAS-H Consultancy, Persatuan Pegawai-pegawai Agama Perak, Majlis Makanan Halal Asia Tenggara dan IFANCA International.

OK..rasanya hal ni dah lama bermain2 dalam fikiran saya ni..Bila tengok macam2 logo halal yang terpapar pada bungkusan makanan,tak lupa juga pada restoran2 sana sini..kalau yang ada logo Halal JAKIM takde la rasa ragu-ragu nak melangkah masuk..kalo yang lain lain tu ada la jugak rasa tertanya-tanya..ni logo mana pulak ni..selalu jugak la question ng kawan2..forum mana2 n ada yang jawab..tepuk dada tanya diri sendiri untuk logo selain dari JAKIM punya..bila saya tengok orang masuk kedai2 makan yang mmg menjadi persoalan tentang status halalnya,majoritinya melayu islam..and few other restaurant,not to name it yang ada serve arak..I wonder how do they could eat there without having any doubt in their mind..and sometime jugak rasa was-was bila tengok..pekerjanya islam..tapi logo halal takde tertera pun..lagi la kompius kalo yang macam ni..

Pada pandangan saya yang tak berapa nak pandai ni..saya rasa ada sesetengah orang yang tidak begitu memahami bagaimana status Halal mengikut standard JAKIM..mungkin ada yang menganggap selagi makanan yang disediakan tidak mengandungi benda yang haram,ia boleh diconsider sebagai makanan Halal..tetapi sebenarnya dari segi penyediaannya,bagaimana makanan halal dan haram tidak boleh ada sekali dalam satu dapur..and ada lagi yang take into consideraton before satu satu makanan tu or company can be grant with Halal certificate

Jom sama-sama kita amik tahu serba sedikit pasal Halal ni..so that lepas ni kita takde la nak makan kat tempat2 yang meragukan sesuka hati saja..

- Every food manufacturer/ food premise / abattoir must only produce/manufacture/ sell halal products only -TOLONG PERATI ELOK2 YANG NI YE..KALO ADA JUAL ARAK JE TAKPAYAH MASUK..TAK RUGI PUNNN
- sources of ingredients are halal and deal with suppliers which supply halal materials or the suppliers are halal certification certificate holders.
- Every company must abide to the procedures in all aspects as spelt out in the procedures manual.

- Those companies which are classified under multinational and Small and Medium industry must form an internal Halal Audit Committee and apoint one Islamic Affairs executive ( Islamic studies ) to handle and ensure the compliance of halal certification procedures .

- At least there must be two full time muslim workers,Malaysian citizen being employed in kitchen section / handling / processing of food.
- During the preparation, handling, processing, packaging or transporting of product, the product must be clean and free from any non halal ingredient.

- Apparatus and facilities in the premise must be clean and free from being contaminated by substance considered as najis (filthy) or harmful to health.

- The transportation is only used for halal products.

- The company must stress on the cleanliness of tools, transportation, production area and surrounding area in line with Good Manufacturing Practice.
- All workers are required to practise code of etiques and good hygiene practices


- All parties who want to enter the production area must wear special attire for factory or decent and clean ( if without special attire ) which follows healthcare procedures and personal healthcare. This is applicable to permanent workers, temporary workers, management staff, visitors and others.

- A worker must always take care of health and wear suitable attire, head and mouth cover, suitable gloves and shoes.

A worker must always wash hands with cleaning substance;
- Before commencing activity of food handling
- After using a toilet
- After handling raw material or contaminated substance and so on.

- Workers are not allowed to wear any jewelery or acessories, watch and others in the food processing area which may cause a contamination to the food handling process. - Workers must always be working and functioning at the designated place like " check point " halal quality and halal raw material procurement; - Workers must be committed and responsible with the stipulated halal policy. - Religious worshipping items are strictly forbidden in the premise/ food processing area.

Hope lepas ni kita semua lebih berhati2 sebelum nak makan sesuatu makanan tu..jangan ingat ni Malaysia semua kedainya Halal kalo pekerjanya ada yang Islam..sama-sama kita ambil berat tentang perkara ni..Pada ibu bapa..don't simply beli coklat2 ke sweet2 ke pada anak2 anda..please see the ingredient first kalo takde cop halalnya..n kalo ada yang ragu2..nak nak kalo ada gelatin haiwan..takpayah beli terus pun takpe..kalo restoran2 gah2 pulak..nama makanan pun pelik2..pasni ringan-ringankan mulut tanya apa benda dipakai dalam makanan tu....Kadang2 orang cakap saya kuno,taktau sangat pasal tempat makan best2 kat area KL ni..Ye, saya memang tak suka sangat mencuba benda2 baru kalau bab makanan ni..saya selalu ragu2..n i think i better stay like this hehhehehe..

Panjang plak saya menulis kan..sure boring je baca kan..hehe takde gambo nak tepek kena la cari isu semasa plak kan..hihi..janji blog tak bersawang hahahah..

perkara halal ni takleh dibuat main.. apa yg masuk dalam rongga mulut akan jadi darah daging, dan bila ada benda yg syubhah maka seeloknya kta lebih selektif memilih tempat makan..

kalo disediakan kat rumah lagi bagus coz kita dah tau cemana proses pemilihan brg2 mentah dan penyediaan yg berkaitan.. kesimpulannya..








sila kerapkan diri memasak utk kami dua beranak yer ekekekeke..

hahaha..part kesimpulan tu yg best..tp cekgu, geni kan mg rajin masak..

masalahnya skrng, logo halal JAKIM pun ada yg org palsukan..jadi kena ikut kesimpulan ckgu la..
